Introduction has been a reporter, photojournalist and editor for more than 25 years. Most recently, she was a reporter and columnist for The Tampa Tribune in Tampa, Fla. She currently is a correspondent for the St. Petersburg Times and does freelance work for the University of South Florida Communications Department and other publications. She is a 1983 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism where she received her undergraduate degree in newswriting and photojournalism and did post-graduate work in magazine writing. During her career, she received 26 first- and second-place writing and photography awards from the Florida Press Club, Florida Press Association and Society of Professional Journalists as well as 17 third-place and honor mentions.

You're trapped in a well with a goat and a slinky. Describe how you will escape.

The goat, Alexander, and I pen a note explaining our desperate situation and attach it to the slinky. We then launch it from the well. The spring action sends it to the nearest fire rescue station 3.2 miles away where our note is promptly read by a group of handsome, hard-working fire rescue workers.
