| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom with two children who inspire me to be a better cook and a better person. The smell of a home baked bread is my definition of happiness. Dining out has not been very convenient and safe for our family almost since the birth of my son as he has multiple food allergies. Most of the time I find my self cooking and baking from scratch which gives me more opportunity to be playful and creative. I feel transformed when the end result is tasty and faces look happy. I love to talk and read about food. I love sharing ideas, inspirations...Food brings us closer. After all we are all in this together. Busy lives, economic downturns, health related problems may lead to tough decisions but I try to remember that sharing the good I can offer, keeping an open mind and positive attitude helps. I am lazy when it comes to writing. I hope to surprise my self by being a good blogger and a better photographer. Most of all I want to be deliberately kinder in the choices I make in life.
