Introduction	Michael Lallemand is a 2008 Rhodes College Graduate, an officer in the United States Army, a Medical Student at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, and an avid CrossFitter. Before finding CrossFit he spent his collegiate career a varsity swimmer. He was introduced to CrossFit after his junior year by teammate Joshua Davis (1LT, USMC). He is currently (at the start date of this blob) a first year medical student at USUHS in Bethesda, MD.
