About me

Introduction I used to have a high paying, good benefits, stroke-inducing normal job. One day I got fed up with the rat race and came up with this crazy idea. We could see the country and live cheap if we gave up all our stuff and lived in a motorhome! I could get jobs as we traveled! So I quit my job in the cubicle farm and used my 401K to buy a motorhome on Ebay. We traded a truck for a satellite dish so that Chris can work from wherever we are. We rented out the house and gave away all our stuff. Now I find volunteer work at campgrounds where we get a free campsite instead of cash. When I'm between jobs we "boondock" without services in free places or BLM land. It turns out that the old cliche is true --- Money Can't Buy Happiness!
