Introduction | I am a passionate person that brings a wealth of knowledge about proper food handling, the food service industry, and serving the community. One of my major goals is to expand my talent to personally be able to provide gourmet meals to disadvantaged people on a large scale. I enjoy teaching people the benefits of healthy cooking. As a former Chef instructor with Common Threads/Washington DC, I taught children how to cook wholesome and culturally diverse meals from all over the world. It was a priceless experience that exemplified the necessity for organizations similar to Common Threads in our communities. (Tell why u find it necessary) Experience has taught me that quality, safety, and friendliness are the hallmarks of a good chef's work.
