| Introduction | My degree is in Advertising design. I spent close to 10 years working in ad agencies as an Art/Creative Director. A desire to gain more control of my life/time (the most valuable thing any of us have) gave me the courage to set out on my own. I run a small design Studio in Ogden Utah www.theconveyer.com While out on my own I discovered I really liked renovating historic homes. They feel much like a canvas to me. Being in control of my schedule allowed me to ski more and become a "professional" skier. The skiing side of life is strangely intertwined with the rest of my business life. Jumping off cliffs on skis is very literal, but the metaphor of jumping off cliffs (risk taking) occupies my professional exploits as well. |
