| Introduction | I am a pastor, currently serving Mountainside Communion- a church of the Nazarene in Monrovia, CA. I have lived in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles my entire life, spending time in Pasadena, Glendora, Arcadia, Azusa, Sierra Madre, and the last eleven years in Monrovia. I was a Communication and Christian Ministries major at Azusa Pacific University, have a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, and am currently an adjunct professor for both schools. My hope is that this blog will be a helpful resource for anyone working to faithfully contextualize the gospel (the good news of and about Jesus Christ) in the San Gabriel Valley. |
