| Introduction | Francy graduated from an art school for Illustration in Manhattan where she soaked up city life. Though she often spaced out and got lost traveling by subways, she mastered the art of people watching. Before writing YA novels and picture books, she had enough energy to home-school her five kids, teach writing and art classes to children, and volunteer in children’s ministries for ten years.
