Introduction	I now work with @mire NV, an international Institutional Repository Service provider headquartered in Leuven, Belgium and now also in San Diego, California. My current work with @mire has a strong focus on DSpace oriented projects, providing strategic leadership, planning and project management services for @mire's expanding client base. I've spent the past decade as a Software team leader and systems engineer for M.I.T. Libraries and Harvard University. I currently am a member of the core DSpace 2.0 development team. In collaboration with the DSpace Foundation, @mire is investing heavily in the development of DSpace 2.0 and in Open Community.
