| Introduction | Canadian Coast Guard employee on a radical sabbatical. Five-year plan has finally come to fruition. Well-earned rest is coming my way. We are sailing down to the Bahamas in about a month. Can't wait to see what kind of crew our family is. It's been a while since we've sailed. Used to do this before children but stopped when too nervous to take kids out in the deep blue sea. So, a lot of relearning about to take place. Hope it's not too brutal. Hope the kids don't kill each other in small, confined space... |
