Introduction	I graduated from William and Mary as a double major in Government and Black Studies. I have an interest in social policy issues such as: systemic poverty, the achievement gap in education for minorities, and the high rates of imprisonment for African Americans. I am currently applying for law school and public policy programs. My goal is to have a career as an advocate for disadvantaged people.( I'm still not sure in what capacity, but that's what law school is for, right?) I currently live in a small town in the Hampton Roads area of VA. But I am working on my aspirations of living in the DC-area.
