Introduction	I am a mother of two teenagers and am now graciously growing 'wiser'. After 25 years of serving as a teacher, I am still enthusiastic about being one as I am best when I am in class with my students. Teaching today is different from what it was 25 years ago~ today's kids especially teenagers need teachers to be facilitators rather than dictators and they definitely need the human touch~ something I am able to address when I am with my students. Teaching indeed is a noble profession.
