| Introduction | You say you don't have time to be healthy? I am a full time, Superintendent/Principal of an amazing K-8 Charter school. I am also in the midst of a Doctoral Program through Grand Canyon University. My kids are grown, but I love them more than ever and love spending time with them, along with my incredible grand kids. I also have an incredible husband, who I do my best to spend quality and quantity time together. No Excuses! |
