Introduction	It is a difficult thing to sit and reflect on yourself and try to write an "introduction" after 45 years of living. I am just not sure which things about myself I should "introduce." I've got a lot of quirks; I'm pretty neurotic: there is a lot to choose from. Currently, I am practicing the art of abiding.
Interests	My nieces and nephews, family, friends, yoga, writing, books, meditation, laughing, people who make me laugh, writing that makes me laugh...and feel, food, wine and good weather
Favorite movies	THE BIG LEBOWSKI...obviously. But that's just like, my opinion, man.
Favorite music	When I like a song or am in the mood for a specific song or album, I will play it over and over and over again and not become bored of it. Certain music calls to me at specific times. When I wrote my book, I played the same CD every time I sat to write. You'd think I'd be able to sing every song on the album or play the songs on an instrument, but I can do no such thing. I am very unmusical but have deep respect for people who are.
Favorite books	Simply too many to list.
