Introduction	I am a designer and facilitator of experiential leadership programmes. I like to challenge others to become pro-active in shaping their future, and the futures of those around them. As former director at Raleigh International, and AIESEC, I've been involved in the design and facilitation of leadership programmes in over 33 countries. I've worked as a coach and group facilitator to individuals and groups on organisational change and leadership programmes for excluded youngsters to senior leaders across all sectors. I started at Common Purpose in 2003, bringing leaders together to tackle complex social problems and develop their leadership ability. I grew up in North Yorkshire and, after attending Skipton Grammar School, went to UMIST where I graduated from UMIST with a BSc in Management Science. I've got two boys aged 8 and 1, with another expected in Apri. I live with Laura in West London. I'm interested in how leadership development creates greater social capital. I also love spending time with my family and being in the outdoors.
