| Introduction | My educational background includes a Master's in Health Promotion and a Doctorate in Education. I have been involved in health education since 1995 working as personal trainer, community health educator, academic dean, and lifecoach. In 2006 I founded Envisage Life, LLC a company dedicated to empowering individuals with the tools to create better lives. Life Coaching is tremendously rewarding for me. I love helping clients improve thier wellbeing. My personal interests include mountain biking, snowbaording, kiteboarding, sailing, kayaking, adventure racing, nutrition, cooking, and writing.
