Introduction Erin J. Mullikin is currently a student at Clemson University, where she studies literature and poetry. Recent works of hers have appeared or are forthcoming in Gloom Cupboard, Gently Read Literature, Counterexample Poetics, The Country Dog Review, Message in a Bottle, and Glitterpony. She is also the 2009 recipient of The Clemson English Department’s Creative Writing Award for Poetry. Her book, After Milk & Song, is forthcoming in 2010 from Stepping Stones Press through the South Carolina Poetry Initiative.
