We serve internationally inspired vegetarian food, all of which we make daily on the premises using organic ingredients where possible and endeavor to source small businesses for our supplies. This blog is the work of head chef, Daniel Acevedo and his comrade, Sarah Wasserman, as an archive of our daily specials, experiments at home and inspiration from outside.
