Introduction Like most food bloggers I love food! More importantly, I love to eat! I spend most of my day thinking about food, when/what/where I am going to eat next. Whether it's finding a delicious and nutritious new recipe to try for dinner, discovering new snacks, or searching and reviewing restaurants on Yelp, food is usually my daily mental break. My favorite class in college was Nutritional Biochemistry so I do try to make sure that I have very well balanced, healthy diet. However, I also believe that everything in moderation is the key to happiness. I try to avoid packaged foods and high fructose corn syrup. I also try to eat local and organic produce whenever I have the option. The reason why my blog is about my "Trials and Tribulations" is that I've always been a scientist in the sense that I'm very good with recipes and baking but not with being creative. This blog is to journal my adventures with cooking and eating in a very small Boston kitchen. I hope you enjoy my impending disasters as much as I will! Here's to good cooking, delicious eating and even better reading.
