Introduction	Hi! Welcome to my blog. I'm just a medical doctor and health therapist passionate about enabling you master your design for wellness and peak performance in your business or career. This passion made me become a UK-certified life coach and workplace psychologist, US-certified stress management consultant and peak performance trainer, public speaker and author. I rep WINBOX Africa, a well-being initiative and also run a wellness resort outfit based in Lagos, Nigeria called Oabes. My regular day is often a busy one as I get to attend to my medical/therapy/coaching clients, facilitate corporate trainings, attend to speaking engagements and yet spare time to write. However, I unwind with fun activities like dancing,travelling, poetry, watching football (a big Chelsea fan)and other favourite TV shows and Oh I love spending "me-alone" time in the bathtub. I just published a fast-selling revolutionary book titled "From stress to WELLNESS: How to use what you have to get the healthy, happy and highly productive life you want in the face of today's stressful marketplace."
