Introduction In 2006, at the start of my graduate training in a biochemistry lab, I worked a lot with my hands. So in a logical train, I then became more and more addicted to creating food and baked goods. It has kept me calm and showed me that not all experiments fail! Of course family, friends, and all you readers out there have also kept my hopes up! Oh, and I also like running and swimming.
