Steve and Megan
| Introduction | Married for four years, we decided to embark on the journey of growing our family through adoption. These posts are meant to keep you up to date on the process and what God is teaching us. Just as marriage has taught us some profound lessons about who God is, we know that adoption will do the same. Things like marriage, parenting, adoption, friendship, work, play, discovery, life and death reflect truths about God to us. The two of us are made in his image and likeness but we are imperfect images. Some days we reflect Him well as we display patience love joy peace humility creativity justice... Other days we are the image of the man of dust a reflection of our fallen nature battling with the desires of our flesh. But we have a living hope in Jesus knowing that one day our mortal bodies will put on immortality because of the victory that Jesus has won over sin and death. Until that day we want to keep striving for our relationships as husband and wife, son and daughter, brother and sister, father and mother and friend to become a more perfect image of God. |

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
If we're talking about luggage options when packing for a trip to another country, expandability definitely wins. Somehow all that stuff you packs seems to grow while it is unpacked so that it becomes impossible to fit it back into your suitcase when it is time to go!
