| Introduction | 47 years old. Post-menopausal. 6-12-13-Right Breast Lumpectomy/9 lymph nodes removed. Final Surgical Pathology Diagnosis: Invasive Micropapillary Carcinoma, ER+ (99%), PR+ (20%), Her2+, Lymph Node+. Moderately Differentiated, Grade II/III. Clear magins except for back chest wall that Radiation will take care of. Taxotere/Carboplatin/Herceptin for 4 months every 3 weeks. Herceptin in the weeks between and Herceptin after that until July 2014. Radiation for 6 weeks/5 days a week starting in November 2013. Tamoxifen for 5 years. Physical Therapy for Lymphedema and Axillary Web Syndrome in right arm. |
