IntroductionMy most recent revelation and what I am trying to live by is this: The only thing enduring in this world is love. Hate dies, anger fades but love lives on forever. The more love we can create and bring into our lives the more beautiful our lives are. This is the meaning and purpose of life. I searched for over 36 years for my "purpose" and losing my beloved Taylor and our first pregnancy illuminated this for me. I was driving to the doctor's office when it hit me. I fill my life up with so many things and have fought so hard to figure out why we are here. I have been so afraid to lose my identity in the deep pool of responsibility that is motherhood. It was when I was thrown from the warm water of this pool that I found myself. Taylor was gone, the baby was gone and I was free. I didn't want to be. I jumped back into the warm deep waters when we adopted Dory & Toby and began trying to conceive another baby. It is my purpose in life to love and be a mother to my dogs and children. I want to dedicate my time to building a loving home for my husband, Chris and our children (furry and human) in this world or somehow visiting from another.
