Introduction	I am in my twenties and have had continuous psoriasis patches for about seven years. I have had a swollen pinky finger and fingernail discoloration/pitting on most of my fingernails for about four years. For about the last 6-9 months My "ring finger" toes have been swelling, to a point where some days I can barely walk. I strongly believe that it is something I am doing that is causing this condition. I will be journaling everything I eat and drink, as well as exercise routine and condition severity.
