| Introduction | Tom is the founder and director of Victory Collegiate Consulting. VCC is an educational consulting service that assists prospects, parents and high school coaches in proactive preparation for the college athletics recruiting process. Tom consults individually with families in developing an executing their personal plans for the college quest. He has delivered nearly 500 presentations to nearly 10,000 families since 2006. He is the author of "Reaching for Excellence" an educational guide for college athletics recruiting. In addition, he is a monthly contributor to several online magazines. For 19 seasons, Tom Kovic was the head coach of Women's Gymnastics at The University of Pennsylvania, where he led the Quakers to 10 conference titles. Subsequently, Kovic was honored as ECAC Coach of the year ('98, '04) and NCAA Regional Coach of the year ('04). Tom, his wife Jennifer and daughter Hannah reside in Chadds Ford, PA. |
