| Introduction | My work includes relational management consulting, leadership coaching and family therapy. My passion is working with organizations seeking transformation(cultural alignment, team building and leadership coaching). Everything (well almost) I needed to learn about dealing with conflict, resistance and motivation came from over twenty years of pastoral work in challenging contexts for creating movement and change (church committee meetings). When I am not consulting with churches, leading retreats or providing leadership coaching, my time is spent working as a family therapist in private practice. I also work as a volunteer Chaplain with the East Providence Police Department. Following 9.11, I worked extensively with NYNJ Port Authority Police Department at Ground Zero. |
