Team LPRG

About me

Introduction Legislation and Policy Research Group (LPRG) is an initiative of people concerned with the developments in law and enthusiastic about bridging the gap between practical and academic worlds. The formation of LPRG finds its roots in the idea of provoking thought and ushering in change in the legal framework through a series of debates and discussions by the scholars and students upon different areas of law. The group comprises students, academicians, legal practitioners and research scholars. We seek to aid and contribute to any policy decision being undertaken by the Government, or any designated body, by giving our recommendations and perspectives on the matter. To aid in any decision making process, it must be recognized that law is a subject that undergoes constant change. LPRG seeks to study, analyze and critique legislations and policy decisions as they undergo this very change. The Group seeks to ensure diversity in examination through publication of analysis on different legal subject matters and initiation of debate. The result of the exercise is a refined proposal, which can be integrated into the legal system of our nation.
