Introduction After continuously being told all about your culinary disasters and offering advice, I started blogging it all so that you can use this site as a reference. I have been cooking in restaurants, hotels, and bakeries all over the United States for almost 10 years. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 2003. In reading my blogs, I hope you'll be less afraid of cooking, have more fun in the kitchen, and maybe giggle so much that you accidentally fart.
