Introduction Shakesh is a chef, a food photographer, a trainer and an Author. Shakesh has got a unique perspective on Indian cuisine in terms of their concepts, preparations, procedures involved, presentations and different aspects of Indian regional cuisine. He was Chef at Bukhara, New Delhi before he joined the Academics. He is presently working as Assistant Professor with a Delhi based Hotel Management College, explaining nuances of Indian Cuisine to ever eager batch of budding chefs. Shakesh also writes blogs, columns for hospitality magazines and develops self instructional materials. As a part of his Academic pursuits, he is an MBA with a dual specialization in HR and Marketing and an alumniof Institute Of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad.
