| Introduction | Emily Carr now works for a new company, and would like to clearly state that anything written is this blog is her own opinion, and does not in any way, shape, or form represent the views of her employer. She has nine years of experience as a Change Management consultant with Talent2, IBM, Accenture, and as an independent. As a consultant, she has worked with clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi Cola North America, Toshiba America Medical Systems, and Merck to develop and execute successful Change Management, Communications, and Training programs. These programs have had global reach, allowing her to work with clients in India, Eastern Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. In these roles, she has had extensive experience in all aspects of Change Management, from designing high-level strategies to developing deliverables.
