Introduction	I just love cooking. Spend hours trying out different foods. Love the markets in France rooting through market stalls. Friends & family are my guinea pigs! Born in the UK of Irish & Scottish grandparents.. Lived in Australia, UK and South west France. I find Cooking the most relaxing thing to do, that and music playing in the background.

Goûts musicaux	60's Music. Hollies. Love Music, have it playing all day long in the background. but now found Bruno Mars. reminds me of my son one of his favourites, singing along with the football team on the coach to matches.
Livres préférés	I love cookery books.. Latest Books, Mary Berry, Favourites & Cooking. At the moment the ones that are on the worktop are... The Higgidy Cook Book, Always on the top and open.. Rotis by Stephane Raynaud & Nigel Slater the Kitchen Diaries. My lovely Son before he left to live in the US bought me the New Larousse Gastronomique, I received my first copy as a 21st Birthday Present & a set of very expensive knives from my favourite Uncle.
