| Introduction | On the day my 91 yr. old "Mom Mom" passed away, I was scheduled to go through IVF. I did it but didn't have high expectations due to the circumstances, plus our past history with failed attempts. I don't think my heart was quite in it. In addition, I always had an urge to adopt, but didn't know a sole who had adopted or been adopted ... until we met extended family in Ohio! I consider it fate from my "Mom Mom" whom we burried that day that this was to be our next endeavor. We took the easy road & used their agency & so the adoption process began! We have been anxiously waiting for our baby girl since May 15, 2006. Bryce wants his sister home! Sshh ... don't tell him I said this, he will never admit it openly :-) |
