Introduction	I am a 26 year old Greek Yogurt, Skinnygirl Spirits, Nature Valley Granola, Cheese lovin girl from the Midwest:)..I used to weigh 240lbs, and lost 70 all on my own with alot of old fashioned hardwork,sweat, and tears. Follow my journey as I enjoy my new healthy life I have given myself!!
