| Introduction | I have been married to a very tolerant man for 29 years. We have one beautiful daughter, Nadia, she is the reason for my passion for scrapbooking. She has now moved out of the family home ... but just next door! Nadia will be getting married in 2013 - more photos to scrap! I am the proud carer of (currently) 3 cats ... their carer, because you can never own a cat (in fact they own you!) I teach freelance for a number of crops, retreats and craft shops, and also run my own monthly crop and mini-retreat in Wales. I started paper crafting over 10 years ago. I began with card making, that didn't last long before I discovered scrapbooking and have been hooked ever since! I love making embellishments for my projects, because it's more creative than buying mass-produced ones, resulting in more satisfying and distinctive layouts. I especially enjoy creating flowers with dies and punches. I confess to having a passion for punches and have far, far too many! I like to ink and distress my pages, adding depth and dimension. I love texture and layering to create dimensional layouts. I'm a bit of a stash hoarder and really do need to have a massive craft room cull - but not today |
