| Introduction | I work at a Rochester, NY car dealership. I have been intensely grilling and smoking for about the last 10 years or so. Usually, I am preparing food for between 4 to 12 people and like very much to experiment with recipes to fine tune and perfect my meals. I believe I have mastered, if you will, many of these recipes and techniques, and want to share them all with you. I also tend to enjoy various libations before, during, and after the preparation process, and will gladly share the perfect thirst quencher for every meal. |
