| Introduction | I am a house wife, or a "stay at home mother". I absolutely love my role in life, and love my family. My husband Mark and I have had three children together. We spend our days "molding" two of them while the other child plays with the angels and rests lovingly in our hearts. My family, and I see the best in everyone. Sometimes you may have to look hard, but believe me it's always there! :) (J/K) Our family serves the Lord, and loves to help others. One way that we help others is through a Christian organization called World Vision. We have two sponsored children through World Vision that we love to pieces!.. | Interests | Everything. I'll try just about anything once (As long as it's something the Lord would approve of). I love having fun and being silly with my family. I love the water, exercise, dancing, traveling, reading, writing (I once wrtoe a novel that I praise God didn't get published b/c I have found a few errors in it, and it needs a bit of improvement), movies, spending time with my children, my husband and family. I also find joy in helping others. |
| Favorite Movies | I love movies. "The Blind Side" is very high on my list..I love mostly anything by Disney, and any kind of Christian Romantic comedy, and drama. But, I also LOVE clean action and suspense... However, I do have to say that my husband and I do not approve of many movies, and are VERY careful about what movies we allow into our home. In fact (as odd as it may sound to some) we do not allow cable television into our home. Some of my top movies are Though, None Go With Me, Fire Proof, Narnia, Safe Harbor, Facing the Giants, No Greater Love, We LOVE 19 Kids and Counting (We watch it through TLC online) |
| Favorite Music | Casting Crown "Until The Whole World Hears" is my anthem!!! Brandon Heath (Give me your eyes is my sub-anthem), P.O.D (Alive has to be my second sub-anthem), Skillet, Cascada, Francesca Battistelli, Jamie O'Neal, Britt Nicole, Casting Crowns, TobyMac... In the past I've listened to a mix of Christian and non Christian music. However, I'm happy to say that I have not listen to anything by a non-Christian in a few months! I do not want to expose myself to temptations, and non Christian beliefs. Guarding your ears as well as your eyes ultimately guards your heart! |
| Favorite Books | I am always reading the Bible. And, I am currently reading The Duggars 20 and Counting. I highly recommend this as a parenting book! My family is currently working on "blanket time" so that the children can learn to sit quietly by themselves which will REALLY help in church :) I LOVE Chicken Soup for the Soul books. One of my recent reads is Dear John by Nicholas Sparks. Although, I loved the book at the time, and thought it was beautifully written I do not currently recommend this book. I can not recommend any book or movie where the characters have pre-marital relations... And, I have to admit that I love American Girl books. "Santa" brought me the Addy story collection for Christmas. It's sad, it's sweet, it's upbeat. I highly recommend this book for anyone that has a child, or is a child at heart... |

Yes, it could be. I might have dropped it while cooking, or I could be standing on it in the Ocean, or Bay.
