Introduction It's not about me, it's about the wellness movement. My 2010 goal is to see you and me through 12 months of wellness. How it works: each month we'll have a new goal: fitness, nutrition, or mind/soul. Once the month is over, the goal is done, but chances are you'll love what you're seeing so much you'll keep it up. Along the way, we'll get pumped with wellness shots: a quick boost of wellness. If you start mid-year, that's fine too, just hope on the wellness train whenever it is you find it!
