| Introduction | Proud dad of two girls, Masters Triathlete, Multisport Endurance Coach, Life - long sports enthusiast and fan. I enjoy 'pushing the limits' in life, business and sports. I believe that a dose of hard work and suffering everyday is good for the soul. Professionally, I am proud to have the honor of being named the head Triathlon Coach for Life Time Fitness (since Oct. 2008) and the Official Coach of IRONMAN (since March 2010). Athletically, I love being a coach who 'walks the walk' and who understands what my athletes go through each and every day as a fellow participant. I was thrilled and humbled to achieve a 9:06 race result at the 2010 IMAZ, posting a 2:59:55 marathon (my IM PR marathon) in the process, and I look forward to seeing you at the races in the future!
