Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
In the winter, I ALWAYS wear scarves. I love how they feel on my neck, and how they keep me warm. I wear them inside, when I'm no longer cold. I love for my neck to not feel naked, but only in the way scarves make it feel.
