Introduction I used a Brownie Hawkeye camera at age 10 to photograph family camping trips to national parks and historic places. The results were terrible, but the experience spurred my interest in photography. Today, my focus is on natural and cultural landscapes, architecture, and the special feel of places. I've learned from others how to capture the stories of people and how to show the beauty of the natural world. It's all digital now thankfully without a whiff of darkroom chemicals. But let's not forget the old-time sensibility and techniques.
Interests Photography, historic preservation, environment, theater, program evaluation, government and public affairs
