| Introduction | I'm a fifty-something who started my last diet in May of 2008...I lost over 100 pounds and have been maintaining that loss by eating normal foods (had to say goodbye to Taco Bell) and running. Mom of two adults (when did THAT happen?!?), my husband and I have been married for 32 years and have become that goofy couple who runs and races together. We share our house with two cats, Kip and Henry, and Paco the wonder dog. |
