IntroductionWhile fairytales arise on occasion, in the main, this blog contributes to the Lenten journey of those opposing Guantánamo. I hold a Masters in Theological Studies from Boston College '15, gratefully, where I found words articulating the passion that led to over ten arrests in protests. In my world-changing life, from Trull street, my basement library is a place I exercise my faith in the gospel. While intending to curb a middle-class upbringing, my white male cisgendered heteronormativity leaks through my filters. When I offend, please share your feedback directly.
InterestsIdeally a visit with my daughters to the Museum of Science, after a family walk with our dog Nellie on the Somerville Community Path, and before nap-time, during which I abscond to play pick-up soccer in Eastie with my godson, home in time to hi-five my heartthrob after her amazing, union organizing, set out an easy dinner--then launching them for a pod-date evening while I write. Other Volunteering: Pastoral Council, The Paulist Center of Boston; Somerville Human Rights Commission; Mass Peace Action sub-committee on Treaty to Prohibit Nuclear Weapons; Organizing Team for Witness Against Torture since 2016. I have a collection of short-stories in progress titled "Paper Birds: Parts for Assembly."
