| Introduction | I moved from San Francisco to Nicaragua the first week in December, 2009. In addition to culture shock, I started my adventure as the executive chef of an island resort that opened 14 days after I arrived. I've been living in Nicaragua ever since, consulting with different restaurants and hotels, training local staffs, using local products and serving tasty food! While I have a variety of interests, chances are, I am probably cooking. |
