Introduction	Hi! I'm Alie and I am on a journey to a healthier and more fit lifestyle. I would love for you to follow my progress. I am a beachbody coach and absolutely love the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology. I'm just a regular person, a mom of three grown boys, I'm 40ish and at that stage in life where if I don't work HARD it isn't going to happen on it's own. I am an accountant by day and an independent beachbody coach the rest of the time.
