| Introduction | Began running at age 56. Best years were age 58 to 62. Had a streak of 120 half marathons in a row under 2 hours that began in 2009 and ended in 2022 at age 70. Ran my half marathon PR (1:29:25) at age 62. Gradual decline after that. Almost quit running entirely at age 68. Returned at 69 and ran my 500th race in 2021. Hoping to keep going for as long as I can. |
