Former COO of a public/private HIE covering northeastern New York State. Former Director of BI and Data Sharing for the State of New York Division of Criminal Justice; Former Senior IT executive for two multi-national manufacturing and marketing firms; the first few years of my career (90-93) were spent in IT consulting to companies such as Fidelity Investments and IBM. Since 93, I have been in IT management. My higher education includes an MBA and a Bachelors concentration in computer science. My continuing education interests include Big Data, Cloud Computing, SOA, and natural language processing.
