| Introduction | I'm an old man (over 40) with a blog. I expect this blog to be my ticket to fame and adulation, just as it is for all the other millions of bloggers out there. I'm happily married with two sons, and trying to survive both on a daily basis. I work at home, except for when there's no work - then I don't work at home. I love to write and I have a grammar fetish, although this paragraph might not be the best example of either. My lifelong passion is music, but I get sidetracked by other passions on a semi-regular basis. |

When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
I am sadly addicted to my snooze button. I'm not a morning person, and I usually don't get enough sleep, so I rely on the snooze button as part of my waking-up process. I often need a full hour of snoozes (every 7 minutes) to drag my ass out of bed. So, not lazy, I don't think, but not particularly motivated to get up, either.
