| Introduction | Recently it seems that there are so many people obsessed with food. It is a great passion for many people. For me, I've always been obsessed with food. But what I'm really passionate about is eating. I LOVE to eat! Whether it is me cooking a fabulous dinner at home or going out to a new restaurant, it doesn't matter, as long as I am eating something good! And it has to be good. It has to be food that is good, interesting, or new and creative. My goal this summer is to eat out at as many places as possible, write about my experiences and then go home and try to recreate the same dish, only better! |
