| Introduction | I am not so much a chef of sushi, but more of a devourer of sushi. I work two jobs, one as a server at a sushi bar and the other as a sushi chef. I am less experienced at either of these than I am at actually eating the food I serve. I am a tinkerer and a dabbler of all things appealing and fascinating to my mind.
